Together is better
Some people love running alone, but I prefer team sports. Why?
First, they're more fun. When I play basketball with my friends, we laugh a lot, even when we lose.
Second, you learn important things, like how to work with other people and how to help each other.
Of course, individual sports have some advantages. For example, you can do them whenever you want.
In my opinion, though, nothing is better than celebrating a win with your team.
